Use The Balance Brush for 30 nights. Wash your hair, style it, live with it. If it isn’t right for you, send it back and we’ll refund you in full.

How it works

• You have 30 days from the day your brush arrives
• Yes, it can be used — that’s rather the point
• Email info@thebalancebrush.com with your order number and a line about how you got on
• We’ll confirm the return address and you post the brush back to us
• Once it reaches us, we’ll refund your purchase price to your original payment method within five working days

• Applies to orders placed at thebalancebrush.com. Bought on Amazon or TikTok Shop? Those have their own returns process
• The brush must reach us before a refund can be issued
• Return postage is arranged and paid by you, unless the brush is faulty
• We refund the purchase price of the goods. Original delivery charges aren’t refunded under this guarantee
• Please don’t send anything back before we’ve confirmed the address, as we can’t accept unrequested returns
