Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a second notification once your order has shipped.

United Kingdom

Royal Mail Tracked, 2 to 3 working days, £3.95

Europe

International Tracked, 3 to 7 business days, £4.99

Canada

International Tracked, 6 to 10 working days, £12.95, shown in Canadian dollars at checkout

Customs and import charges

For orders outside the United Kingdom, the price at checkout covers your order and delivery only. Import duty, local sales tax and any carrier handling fee are assessed by customs in your country and are payable by you when your parcel is delivered. These charges are set by your own customs authority, not by us, and we are unable to refund them.

For Canada specifically, expect in the region of CAD $20 to $30 on a single brush, depending on your province.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery or goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we will refund the price of the goods, less the original delivery charge and any costs incurred on the return.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to appear.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframe for your delivery area, contact us at info@thebalancebrush.com with your name and order number and we’ll look into it for you.
